GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
- SUBJECT
These general terms and conditions of sale are intended to define the rights and obligations of EASYWEED and the Customer for products presented by EASYWEED on its website www.easyweedcbd.com (hereinafter "the Website"). They apply exclusively between the company PRIME ACCORD LIMITED and any consumer who is a natural person visiting or making a purchase via the said Website (hereinafter "the Customer").
On the Website, EASYWEED allows the Customer to order EASYWEED brand products (hereinafter "the Product(s)") online in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Any order placed with EASYWEED therefore implies the Customer's unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be modified at any time and without notice by easyweedcbd, with the applicable terms and conditions being those in force on the date of the Customer's order.
These general terms and conditions of sale are permanently available in a digital format that can be printed and/or downloaded, so that the Customer can reproduce or save them.
- PRODUCTS AND COMPLIANCE
2.1. The Products offered for sale are presented on the EASYWEED website and accompanied by a description.
2.2. The Products offered by EASYWEED comply with applicable standards in UK.
The Customer acknowledges that elements such as photographs, text, graphics, and all information and characteristics illustrating and/or accompanying the Products are not contractual.
Consequently, EASYWEED cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions in any of these elements or in the event of modifications to these elements by suppliers and/or publishers.
- CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
3.1. The Customer declares that they are at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity or hold parental authorization allowing them to place an order on the Website.
3.2. The Customer undertakes to provide EASYWEED with the actual information necessary for the performance of the service covered by these terms and conditions, as requested online and according to their situation, in particular their surname, first name, address, telephone number, and valid email address.
The Customer is responsible for the consequences arising from false or inaccurate information transmitted or information that is unlawful to reproduce.
3.3. Once the order has been placed, EASYWEED will send the Customer an email confirming the order. It will inform the Customer when the Products have been shipped.
3.4. The Customer may modify their data in the "My Account" section.
- ORDER
4.1. All orders will only be confirmed after payment has been accepted.
4.2. EASYWEED reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a dispute with the Customer over a previous order.
4.3. EASYWEED can accept orders while supplies last. It will inform the Customer of the availability of Products sold on the Site at the time of order confirmation.
If, despite EASYWEED's vigilance, the products are unavailable, EASYWEED will inform the Customer by email as soon as possible. The Customer may then cancel their order and receive a refund, if applicable, for any sums already paid.
EASYWEED shall not be held liable for any permanent or temporary unavailability, nor shall such unavailability give rise to any right to compensation or damages on the part of the Customer.
- PRICE
5.1. The prices displayed on the Website are indicated in euros, inclusive of all French taxes (French VAT and any other applicable taxes), excluding shipping costs, order processing fees, and packaging costs.
Shipping costs, order processing fees, and packaging costs will be indicated in the Customer's shopping cart before the order is finalized.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, particularly in the event of changes in tax or economic data. Items will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.
- DELIVERY
6.1. EASYWEED delivers its Products to UK all countries within the European Union and can deliver to any country upon request.
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer when placing their order. Deliveries cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes. The delivery times indicated on the website are estimates, corresponding to average processing and delivery times. In order for these times to be met, the Customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
In the event of a delivery delay of more than 7 business days, if the product has not been shipped, the Customer may cancel the order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and request a refund for their order.
If the item was shipped before receipt of the order cancellation due to a delivery delay of more than 7 days, EASYWEED will refund the item and the shipping and return costs upon receipt of the item, complete, in its original condition and with all labels.
EASYWEED undertakes to inform the Customer of the progress of their order.
In the event of damaged packages (already opened, missing products, etc.), the Customer undertakes to notify the carrier and EASYWEED, by any means, of any reservations within 3 days of receiving the product.
EASYWEED cannot be held liable for the consequences of any delay in delivery that is not its fault.
- PAYMENT
Full payment must be made at the time of ordering. At no time shall the sums paid be considered as deposits or down payments. The Customer shall pay for their order by credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard), in accordance with the provisions of this article.
EASYWEED does not accept payment by check. Customers must use one of the other payment methods offered.
For all transactions, the Customer shall provide the number appearing on the front of their card, the card's expiration date, and the security code appearing on the back of their card (last three digits).
The Customer's communication of their credit card number constitutes authorization for EASYWEED to debit their account for the amount of their order.
No cash on delivery shipments will be accepted, regardless of the reason.
EASYWEED retains ownership of the item until full payment has been received from the Customer. Purchases are made securely. The payment solutions adopted by EASYWEED are 100% secure. For payments by credit card (credit card, Visa credit card, and e-credit card), all information that Customers provide to EASYWEED is strictly protected and guarantees the compliance and security of each transaction.
A loan is a commitment and must be repaid. Check your repayment capacity before committing yourself.
- RETURNS AND REFUNDS OF PRODUCT(S)
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the terms of Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code: "The consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise their right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance, following telephone or off-premises canvassing, without having to justify their decision or bear any costs other than those provided for in Articles L. 221-23 to L. 221-25. The period mentioned in the first paragraph runs from the day: 1° Of the conclusion of the contract, for service contracts and those mentioned in Article L. 221-4; 2° Of receipt of the goods by the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by them, for contracts for the sale of goods. For contracts providing for the regular delivery of goods during a defined period, the period shall run from the date of receipt of the first item. The right of withdrawal may be exercised by post addressed to the Seller at the postal or email address indicated in ARTICLE 1 of the GTC. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) so that they can be resold in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled, or incomplete Products will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
If the Customer fails to comply with these terms and conditions, in particular the return conditions, EASYWEED will not be able to issue a refund or credit note for the Products concerned.
- WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
EASYWEED has only an obligation of means for all stages of access to the site, from the ordering process to the shipment of the package or subsequent services. EASYWEED cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, including service interruptions, external intrusion, the presence of computer viruses, or any event classified as force majeure, in accordance with the law and case law.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Under no circumstances is the Customer authorized to download or modify all or part of the Website, including its content (listed products, descriptions, images, videos, etc.).
This Site or any part of this Site may not be reproduced, copied, sold, or exploited for commercial purposes without the express written permission of EASYWEED.
In general, all copyrights, trademarks, and other distinctive signs and property or intellectual property rights appearing on the Site shall remain the full and entire property of EASYWEED.
The Customer is therefore required to respect intellectual property rights and may not use the trademarks appearing on the Website and on the Products, where applicable, or register a trademark that would be detrimental to the rights holder, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
The same applies to any other intellectual property rights.
- WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
EASYWEED undertakes to use Customers' confidential information solely for the purposes of operating its Website.
To ensure the smooth processing of the order, the personal data collected will be processed electronically. The Customer acknowledges that they are aware of this.
As such, information concerning him may be communicated to EASYWEED's technical service providers.
Furthermore, EASYWEED may use technical means to obtain non-personal information about Internet users in order to improve the functionality of the site, for example by tracking the number of visitors to certain pages.

- FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of a force majeure event, the affected party must notify the other party within fifteen (15) days of the occurrence of such event, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
In addition to those usually accepted by French courts and tribunals, the following are expressly considered as cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances: total or partial strikes, lockouts, riots, boycotts or other industrial actions or commercial disputes, civil unrest, insurrection, war, bad weather, epidemics, blockage of means of transport or supply for any reason whatsoever, earthquake, fire, storm, flood, water damage, governmental or legal restrictions, legal or regulatory changes in forms of marketing, computer failure, telecommunications blockage, including wired or wireless telecommunications networks, and any other case beyond the control of the parties preventing the normal performance of the contractual relationship.
All obligations of the parties shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, without compensation.
If the force majeure event lasts for more than three (3) months, the contract concerned may be terminated automatically without compensation for either party.
- GENERAL PROVISIONS
13.1. Partial invalidity of a clause
If any provision of these terms and conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall be deemed to be deleted and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
13.2. Updating
These terms and conditions may be modified at any time and without notice by EASYWEED, with the applicable terms and conditions being those in force on the date of the Customer's order.

13.3. Applicable law – Competent court
These general terms and conditions are subject to French law with regard to both substantive and procedural rules. Any dispute must first be subject to an attempt at amicable settlement.
In the absence of an amicable settlement, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent French courts, notwithstanding multiple defendants or the introduction of third parties.
13.4: Reproduction of applicable texts (Order 2005-136 of February 17, 2005, Consumer Code, Civil Code)
Article L. 211-4 of the Consumer Code
The seller is required to deliver goods that comply with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. The seller is also liable for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions, or installation when this has been made its responsibility by the contract or has been carried out under its responsibility.
Article L. 211-5 of the Consumer Code
- To comply with the contract, the property must:
1° Be fit for the purpose usually expected of similar goods and, where applicable:
- correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the seller presented to the Customer in the form of a sample or model;
- possess the qualities that a Customer may legitimately expect given the public statements made by the seller, the manufacturer, or their representative, particularly in advertising or labeling;
2° Or have the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or be suitable for any special use sought by the Customer, brought to the seller's attention and accepted by the latter.
Article L. 211-12 of the Consumer Code
The action resulting from the lack of conformity expires two years after delivery of the goods.
Article 1641 of the Civil Code
The seller is bound by the warranty for hidden defects in the item sold that render it unfit for its intended use, or that diminish its use to such an extent that the Customer would not have purchased it, or would have paid a lower price for it, had they been aware of these defects.
Article 1648, paragraph 1, of the Civil Code
Action resulting from latent defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years of discovery of the defect.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered to UK . Deliveries will be made within 4 days to the address provided by the Customer when placing their order on the website. Delivery consists of the transfer of physical possession or control of the Product to the Customer. The Seller undertakes to make every effort to deliver the products ordered by the Customer within the time limits specified above. However, these time limits are provided for information purposes only.

Home delivery via Chronopost, within 48/72 hours (UK excluding Corsica): €9.90 including tax, free for purchases over €100.
Free shipping in Switzerland for orders over €100
Home delivery via Swiss Post, within 48/72 hours: €8.00 including tax, free for purchases over €100.
Free shipping to Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Ireland, and Portugal on orders over €100.
Home delivery within 4 to 7 business days: €15.00 including tax, free for purchases over €100
Free shipping to other European Union countries for orders over €100
Home delivery within 4 to 7 business days depending on destination: €15.00 including tax, free for purchases over €100
Delivery to the rest of the world and French overseas territories
Home delivery within 4 to 10 business days depending on the destination: €29 excluding tax.
For deliveries outside the European Union, including Switzerland, customs duties may apply and are payable by the customer.
RETURNS
In the event of a specific request from the Customer concerning the packaging or transport conditions of the products ordered, duly accepted in writing by the Seller, the related costs will be subject to specific additional invoicing, based on a quote previously accepted in writing by the Customer. The Customer is required to check the condition of the products delivered. The Customer has 48 hours from delivery to make any complaints by email, accompanied by all relevant supporting documents (including photos). After this period, and if these formalities have not been complied with, the Products will be deemed to be in good condition and free from any apparent defects, and no complaints will be validly accepted by the Seller. The Seller shall refund or replace, as soon as possible and at its own expense, any Products delivered whose lack of conformity or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Customer, under the conditions provided for in Articles L 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and those provided for in these GTC. The transfer of the risks of loss and damage relating thereto shall only take place when the Customer takes physical possession of the Products. The Products therefore travel at the Seller's risk, except where the Customer has chosen the carrier himself. In this respect, the risks are transferred at the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier.
